I’m not sure where people got certain ideas from or what they’re basing them off of. I’d be really careful what you read online about this stuff because there’s a lot of different things that don’t really work in practice. I did a quick Google search before I recorded this video to see what sort of other information was out there on the subject, and honestly, I found a ton of misinformation.
